Bio:

      Freaky Deaky the Clown is the lesser threat of the Insane Inmates. His only ties with the juvenile delinquents is his relation to Pink Eye. Freaky Deaky is the cousin of Pink Eye and with the exception of her childhood 5th grade classmates only Freaky Deaky knows why she began to have the name Pink Eye. As a way to ensure he don’t blab his mouth about it Pink Eye & Dilemma allowed Freaky Deaky to join the Insane Inmates.
